Saudi Water Partnership Company (SWPC) is currently procuring the Al Haer ISTP (“the Project”) and has announced the Preferred Bidder and Reserved Bidder for the Project. The Project includes the development of a 200,000 m3/day of sewage treatment plant along with TSE re-use system consisting of a about 32km of transmission pipeline with a capacity of 400,000 m3/day, pumping station and TSE reservoir tanks with a capacity of 200,000 m3. The Project targets the commercial operation by the third quarter of 2026.
Future Water and Powe Consulting (FWPC) is providing the technical advisory services for the procurement of the Al Haer ISTP. FWPC is working along with the KPMG (financial advisor) and the WHITE & CASE (legal advisor) on the Project.
