Future Water and Power Consulting (FWPC) as a technical advisor along with Synergy Consulting (Financial Advisor) and Norton Rose Fulbright (NRF) (Legal Advisor) advised the Ministry of Energy & Infrastructure (MOEI), UAE on the Bulk Power Supply Agreement. The Bulk Power Supply Agreement included negotiation and finalization of over 4GW of power supply provision on a long-term basis and included technical and commercial review of the regulatory framework, generation, transmission and distribution.
